Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a component of your blood. When a vial of blood is centrifuged, it separates into blood and plasma. Frequently asked questions

Blood will be drawn using a specialized closed tube system. Once your blood is collected, it is centrifuged to concentrate your PRP.

A topical anaesthetic cream is applied to the treatment area for 20 minutes. The area is then cleansed with antiseptic and the PRP is injected into the area.

With micro-needling, the PRP is injected directly into the skin and/or introduced into the skin using our eDermastamp microneedling device. After the treatment is complete, a soothing mask is applied for 10 minutes to the area. Normal daily activities can be resumed post treatment.
